Linking WhatsApp to your account with a LINK code
Connect your WhatsApp number to your verified account so the chat can show your appointments and invoices.
Why linking matters
Linking proves that the WhatsApp number belongs to the account holder. Until a number is linked, we keep health details and appointment information out of the chat.
How to link
- Sign in to your account on the web and open your communication settings.
- Choose to link WhatsApp and confirm the WhatsApp number you want to link. We show you a six-digit code for that number.
- From that WhatsApp number, send a message to the Maatla Care WhatsApp number in the form LINK 123456, using your own code instead of 123456.
- You receive a confirmation in the chat, and your number shows as linked in your account.
Keep your code private
Each code works once and expires after a short time. It only works when sent from the WhatsApp number it was created for. Never send the code to anyone else, and only send it to the official number shown in your account.
Changing or removing a linked number
If you change your phone number, link WhatsApp again from the new number. To stop all WhatsApp messages, send STOP in the chat. If you need a number unlinked, contact support.
